We ship worldwide to more than 220 countries and territories via DHL Express.
When will my order arrive?
Your item is made-to-order at our studio in Kenya. This enables us to minimise waste, maintain the highest quality throughout production, and create a piece which is uniquely yours.
Most items take 1—2 weeks to create, depending on size and complexity. Please see any product's page for detailed information.
Once your item has been created, we will dispatch it immediately via DHL Express and email you a tracking number. Delivery to major cities in most countries generally takes between 3-5 days.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right away so we can help you further. Returns are generally accepted, but you will be responsible for posting your item back to us.
